The layout to our living room is open to both our kitchen and dining room. The challenge was creating an intimate setting for conversation in such and open space. The pair of chairs with the ottomans creates a casual relaxed setting and in scale balances the larger oversized sofa.  The round cocktail table allows for easy flow through the room and its glass top maintains the rooms open feeling.

It is the perfect spot for coffee in the morning and comfortable for our quests
who find the deep sofa difficult to get in and out of.


I am currently searching for the perfect rug to set of the space. A deep rich color, something crimson perhaps.  What do you think?
